- Be sure we have your latest contact information including your email address
- Always contact us as soon as possible when any changes or cancellations occur.
- Review the rental agreement on clean-up of any facilities that are used
- Once your request is approved it will be placed on the Church Calendar and on the Church Website. Facilities/Vehicles are not officially reserved for your event until the event is placed on the calendar. If you do not find your event appearing on the calendar or it appears with the wrong information please contact us to correct the situation
